BMW 2002 - Front Coilover Conversion

New machined threaded tube to accept Koni Inserts and gland nuts. The new sleeve is machined into factory Spindles and tig welded. Only the bottom portion of spindle housing is retained. The strut housing are then Nickle plated and powder coated as additional option. This conversion is also available for any McPherson Strut system.

Spindle Cores Not Included, Can be supplied by us or customer.
Koni Sport Inserts - Koni Race Single and Double Adjustable, available as upgrade.
JRI Non, Single and Double Inserts Now available
Can be Custom Valved if you like.
Sleeves machined for Koni Gland Nuts.
Hyperco Springs - 2.25 or 2.50 inch
Nickle Plated for added rust protection. Can be Powder Coated for additional cost.
2.25 or 2.50 Coilover Spring Seat/Lock Rings Included and Adjustment tools.

Struts can be supplied with Camber Plates, Bump Steer Spacers, 5 Lug Hubs and Wilwood Brakes. Also strut inserts can be upgraded to Koni 8610/8611 for additional cost.
